We only accept payment in US dollars. Florida sales tax are exempt on orders shipping outside of the United States.
Elevated Furniture is not affiliated with any freight forwarding company. We will deliver to your choice of local South Florida freight forwarder. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, delivery date estimates. If you don't have a South Florida freight forwarder, please feel free to contact us and we will serve as your guide.
In-stock items will generally ship within (3) business days from the day the order was placed. All out of stock items will vary.
If you have a U.S. based credit card, payment can be made directly to the secure shopping cart on our website. If you do not have a U.S. based credit card, we will only accept direct wire transfers. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
No warranty will be valid for merchandise that is being shipped overseas. Customers must file a damage claim with the carrier before any replacement is considered.
Damages / Missing Items
All items are inspected for damage prior to delivery to your freight company. Any claim for damage must be made with the carrier, we suggest purchasing insurance. Elevated Furniture will not initiate any claim for damage. Affordable transit insurance is offered by most freight companies. Please inquire about transit insurance with your carrier prior to booking your shipment. Any claim for missing items must be made within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. If, after a careful examination, it is found that an item or part was shorted by Elevated Furniture, a replacement item or part will be delivered to your freight company with no additional charge to you. All merchandises are packed carefully and correctly utilizing a double check method before it leaves our facility.
